Spirit Vision Films is owned by Christopher Enges of Carlsborg, WA.
Christopher has an AAS degree in Multimedia Communications, as well as certificates in digital editing, photography, and advanced digital videography from Peninsula College in Port Angeles, WA. He has lived on the North Olympic Peninsula for over 35 years and has captured images from Washington’s Olympic National Park and Colorado’s Rocky Mountain National Park, along with lighthouses and ocean beaches of Washington, Oregon, and British Colombia, and commercial product photography for the last 15 years before entering the videography field almost three years ago.
Spirit Vision Films was born of an idea to turn the story-telling quality of videography, along with fusing still imagery of photography into a business that would give his clients the added dimension of videography to enhance their web and blog sites, along with various forms of social media to give them an edge over their competition.
Spirit Vision Films was granted a Section 333 exemption by the FAA to fly its DJI Phantom 4 Professional UAV for commercial use on Oct. 16th, 2015. This gives Spirit Vision Films a new dimension in using aerial videography and photography to capture unique angles from the air.
We are available to film products, to create short videos for the real estate market highlighting listings in the Sequim-Dungeness, Port Angeles, Forks, and Port Townsend real estate markets from the air and ground, to create training films for government entities or highlighting their parks and recreational facilities from the air, survey inaccessible areas from the air and documenting numerous events that are popular on the North Olympic Peninsula and the Pacific Northwest.
Spirit Vision Films is also dedicated to be a positive influence in our community. Working with the Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County we have created three benefit videos for their Taste of the Peninsula fund raiser in the last two years they have held their event, to highlight the plight of the under-housed in Clallam County. We have put together a volunteer recruitment video for them, as well as being part of the Wine Festival at the Cedars of Dungeness that benefited Habitat this last July. Serenity House of Port Angeles and Sequim has also been a recipient of our work dedicated to helping the less fortunate among us with a hand up.
Christopher is also a veteran who has been helped by the Veteran’s Administration in starting Spirit Vision Films through the SMI Accelerator, VR&E Chap. 31 and SBA’s SCORE programs and is very grateful for their continued help and mentorship.
