Busy Summer

Spirit Vision Films has been busy this summer.

Not only are we producing the third episode of our PAPA TV, On the Road series, highlighting the Olympic Discovery Trail, but we picked up a contract from the Clallam County Road Department documenting the deconstruction and rebuilding of the MacDonald Creek Bridge on the Old Olympic Highway between Sequim and Port Angeles. We will go into more detail on that project in future posts.

Real estate sales on the North Olympic Peninsula are in full summer swing. SVF has received many calls about using our UAV to film both land and homes.

One such call was from Amy Williams of Avenue Properties in Bellevue, Washington. She hired us to not only fly the property located in the Elwha River estuary, but to also do some interior shots for her company last weekend. With the help of Trisa and Christine, who specialize in staging homes for photo shoots, we went room to room staging and photographing this beautiful property situated in the very heart of the Elwha River estuary, right on the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

I also went to the property the evening before the shoot to capture a beautiful sunset with our UAV. I flew the following day as well. We wanted to really deliver a quality product to our new clients and I believe we accomplished our goal! You be the judge.

Here is the video that was created to highlight that listing, as well as a few of the interior shots of this amazing Nantucket style home.

Haiku House

I just finished a short video incorporating aerial videography and still photography showcasing a client’s beautiful home located near Freshwater Bay, WA.

My client has a wonderful ‘Haiku’ home located on high bank waterfront property along the Strait of Juan de Fuca, nestled in tall fir trees and natural surroundings.

Haiku is a Japanese poetic term associated with the relationship and interaction between nature and humankind. When form and function become one to bring inherent peace, tranquility, and harmony to your home and property.

This most certainly would describe this magnificent home and property. By using what is known as ‘fusion’ between videography and still images, Spirit Vision Films kept the Japanese theme throughout, including the music.

While my client is not selling his property at this time, if and when he chooses to, this video will be a great asset for that purpose.

Spirit Vision Films is a full service aerial and ground-based videography and photography business, with a eye on providing high quality films, videos, and still images to their clients.
